Irmeli has more than 25 years of experience of assisting companies with issues regarding business law and employment law. For the last 15 years, she has entirely focused on employment law and has advised employers on various issues regarding employment relationships, such as recruitment, vacation, work time, work performance, working ability, absences, remote work and fair treatment.

By assisting many kinds of employers, Irmeli has gathered extensive experience in the special issues and needs of employers in different fields and of different sizes. She has assisted employers in the preparation and execution of many co-operation procedures, e.g. relating to vast re-organization of functions. Irmeli has also handled numerous situations regarding termination of employment, such as dismissals or termination by agreement. Moreover, she has often assisted employers with challenging situations at the workplace and thereto related supervisory work as well as drafting of internal guidelines.

Irmeli also is an experienced and well-liked lecturer in many sectors of employment law. She uses her vast experience to support employers in carrying out good employership. This often requires a wider viewpoint and considering also other aspects than merely labour legislation.
