Nea advises clients in international and domestic mergers and acquisitions, private equity and venture capital transactions. She also has extensive experience of being the lead counsel in multi-jurisdictional transactions. In addition, Nea advises clients on general everyday legal issues concerning eg. marketing law, commercial agreements and corporate matters. She has been trained on the bench at the District Court of Helsinki.
Nea has worked with numerous Finnish startup and growth companies as well as both domestic and foreign venture capital investors. Nea regularly lectures on her fields of expertise and publishes articles and blog posts.
In addition to a Master of Laws degree from the University of Turku, Nea has studied at the Université de Rouen in France.
