Jesse specializes in financial sector regulation and compliance matters. He holds a Master of Laws degree from the University of Helsinki and has worked extensively with various legal needs of companies even before graduating as a lawyer. Jesse views legal advice primarily as a tool to support the client’s business and objectives by combining regulatory expertise with an understanding of business operations.
He assists clients extensively with various matters related to financial sector regulation, such as licensing and registration processes, anti-money laundering, sanctions, payment services and fund-related issues. In addition, he has experience in financial sector contracts, investment services law and crowdfunding. Jesse also has valuable experience from serving as Compliance Officer in various companies within the financial sector.
