Jussi advises clients particularly on Mergers and Acquisitions and Real Estate Transactions. He has experience in handling complex domestic and international transactions, including the negotiation of Corporate and Real Estate Transactions and the drafting of related agreements.
Prior to joining Vestra, Jussi worked as a lawyer for a construction company. He was responsible for several major M&A and real estate transactions, as well as tasks related to Corporate Law and Corporate Governance.
