Kristo has more than 20 years of experience of dispute resolution in different court and arbitration proceedings. He has vast experience of handling disputes related to commercial contracts, construction, water engineering, mergers and acquisitions, employment and managing director agreements, and shareholder's agreements. Kristo also acts as counsel in criminal matters when required. Kristo has obtained the Finland Chamber of Commerce's arbitration diploma in 2014 and is qualified to act as arbitrator.
