Teemu is an experienced and client-oriented lawyer who has focused his career on public procurement, corporate restructuring, and providing corporate clients with comprehensive advice on company and contract law throughout the entire life cycle of a company. Teemu assists both tenderers and contracting authorities in all stages of the procurement process – from market dialogue and participation in competitive tendering to dispute proceedings in the Market Court and the Supreme Administrative Court.
Teemu also assists his clients in domestic and cross-border corporate transactions, including acquisitions, mergers and demergers, as well as in matters relating to commercial contracts. Teemu’s approach is analytical and solution-oriented, and his goal is to provide his clients with clear and effective legal advice, taking into account the needs and specific characteristics of their business.
Prior to his current position, Teemu worked as a lawyer for an international auditing firm and several law firms, serving both domestic and international clients. In spring 2025, Teemu was on secondment at Mehiläinen Oy, where he worked on assignments related to public procurement and corporate acquisitions in particular.
