Tomas is specialized in technology and contract law matters and always focuses on resolving issues considering the business perspective. He has more than 15 years of experience handling legal matters for companies in Finland and internationally. Tomas’ core competence is contract law, in particular drafting and negotiation of procurement, delivery, licensing and service agreements for companies in the IT, media and health care industries. He also advises on matters regarding data protection, trademarks, other intellectual property rights and e-trade. Tomas has acted as lead counsel of outsourced legal departments for several technology and media companies.
