Tuomas comes with a wide experience from domestic and international corporate acquisitions, real estate transactions, energy infrastructure deals and successful negotiation and implementation of development projects. In addition he assists customers with commercial agreements and corporate law assignments.
Prior to Vestra Tuomas worked for five years as a legal director in a consulting company focused on energy trading, production and storage facility project development and green transition. Tuomas has also been in the board of several businesses in the energy sector as their secretary.
